Over the past 20+ years, we've seen an explosion of diverse and interesting community woodland projects operating across Scotland, in which groups have successfully purchased unmanaged woodlands to deliver tangible economic, social and environmental benefits to their local communities. However, these projects can be challenging and contentious, and without strong legacy planning and good organisation structure, there is a risk to long term sustainability. From our experience of managing complex community woodland initiatives on the ground, we can assist with diverse requirements, including: technical forestry & site surveys, woodland plans, mapping, feasibility studies into woodland enterprise, sustainability & development plans, financial planning, fundraising, and asset purchase.

Having run a food production business and with a Level 2 REHIS food hygiene qualification, we can help produce a tailored and comprehensive HACCP plan for your business and evaluation of workflow, to ensure Environmental Health compliance from the outset, and best practice guidelines for your workforce. We can also assist with other elements of your food production business, such as business planning, product testing/ nutritional analysis, packaging concepts, website design and collaborative marketing initiatives.
